Apliiq is the only shop for clothing I will use. They are quick and friendly especially if you are new. I spoke with Kim in customer service and she was beyond amazing and made this journey and process so quick and easy. The prints come out perfect every time! Before they print your designs they will email you and have you review your product and make will make corrections as needed. And again.. another big THANK YOU to KIM as well as all future members I get to speak with in the future. Thank you for being a great company and being so polite.
I LOVE Apliiq. Before Apliiq I went to 4 different printers (2 online POD, 2 local) and my experience Apliiq has been a positive night and day difference. The quality of the prints are EXCELLENT, the customer service is EXCELLENT (you actually get a real person), the commitment to quality is EXCELLENT. I can not write enough about how great this experience has been. And big SHOUT OUT to Pete and Kim and Customer Service. They have gone above and beyond helping me and my business. With great sincerity... THANK YOU!!!
The Good: 1. Customer service is responsive. 2. Quality products. 3. Quality production and printing. 4. Syncs nicely with Shopify. Needs work: 1. Limited capabilities in embroidery and embroidery sizes for hats/caps. 2. Doesn't disclose available product quantities; therefore, if you run a POD shop, you will be designing or offering a product that shows as available in Apliiq's catalogue, only to be notified that it's sold out when your customer orders it and there isn't an equivalent replacement product. This causes customers to cancel your sale. 3. Website and product customizer aren't as user-friendly. Everything is tucked away under something else. The customizer doesn't let you design freely. If you have a specific design you're looking to create, you can only upload a file and describe it in a text box - hoping that they'll understand what you're trying to accomplish. It's 2026 - it can't be that hard to develop a system for customers to freely design and place their artwork. Also, there are no capabilities to upload a mockup or reference image to show what you're looking to create. You'll have to email customer service and hope they understand.
Have been working with Apliiq for a couple months now. Kim and team have always been responsive and helped with any questions they I’ve had. I’m very new to this business and the brand and the team has been here to walk me through questions as I navigate the sometimes unknown! I very much like that you can schedule a call or talk with them live during business hours. I also like that the design team will confirm and make suggestions based on logo placement, etc. I especially like the private label feature and that Apliiq integrates with both Etsy and Shopify. It’s nice to be able to speak with the same individuals each time too. Have enjoyed working with them and continue to do so!
Really fantastic customer support, and the dual-layer of being able to submit a design but also have their design team check over it is fantastic. Super simple integration with Shopify made setting up our new store a cinch!

Unresponsive Support I just started using Apliiq today. After the product was designed, I was able to see that the design was not centered. I did not find any way to edit the design. I used the Live Chat and Kim informed me that I cannot edit a design once it is saved. That alone is a MAJOR flaw. She informed me that I would need to delete the product and start over. What a great waste of time. I was able to delete several colors but one remains. I have been waiting for over an hour now for her to respond as to how to delete the last product. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. Since their customer service is SO POOR I question whether I will use this site. It is not very user friendly and Printify is easier to use.
Very good experience and they've only gotten better over time. They are always updating their site to be user friendly. The back end Customer service is fantastic, we always get great service from Yash. Front end is sometimes hard to reach and the AI chat bot still has some learning to do. They have many products to choose from so thats nice. I like that we can source (recommend) products but those seem to be costly sometimes. Overall pleased.

been working with apliiq since i first started doing Merch . so accommodating with turnarounds and making sure i can experiment and test designs with all their different garments . Ben has always been such a help as well .

I've been with Apliiq only a couple months, but am really satisfied with my choice to work with them. Setting up a drop shipping business can be challenging, particularly with certain aspects of platform integration, and Apliiq has been really responsive and helpful via email. I also appreciate that they reach out to confirm designs for new products and provide suggestions if a design may not look good as is on a product, this type of attention is not available for other print on demand companies.
I had an issue with one of my products due to an error on my part. I worked with customer service rep Kim who handled my problem with ease. As a new business owner, just starting off with this has been stressful but to have assistance that handled my issue quickly and efficiently definitely made my day. The customer service is TOP TIER!
This app has made our on-demand process significantly more streamlined and makes it incredibly easy to try out new products and samples. The team is phenomenal with their response times and with supporting our inquiries, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to do custom apparel, where screen printed, direct-to-garment, or embroidery.

Apliiq isnt who they used to be. Extended delivery times, customer service went extremely down hill, and print / embroidery finish quality is dollar store attention to detail... If you're thinking of using this brand I suggest finding another. I had seven business running though them and over time as they have grown they have lost their quality and customer service. I reached out because another customer received a drop ship hat with a crooked embroidery on it, I asked Apliiq for a simple replacement and I provided photo evidence with the logo being crooked.. they said I needed to get my customer to send me a pic of them wearing the hat to move forward with the request.. no customer is going to do that after they sent me a pic of the hat on a flat surface... the logo Apliiq embroidered being clearly crooked... whats the point? What a joke after tens of thousands of dollars spent with them... I cant get a simple fix.... YIKES

I have a had a phenomenal experience so far with Apliiq. Customer service has been overly helpful, attentive and quick to respond. They have helped me build the brand and adjust art work etc as necessary to ensure the best results. I cant be happier. I have been using Apliiq for just over 6 months now. I’m extremely impressed with their customer service and UI. As a newbie to the industry, the learning curve to get everything set up and functional on my shop was minimal. Anytime I had an issue or inquiry, there was always someone available that I could reach out to for assistance. I plan to continue to utilize the platform indefinitely as my brand grows.
Overall, we’ve had a good experience with Apliiq. There embroidery is amazing. When the products are in stock, the quality and service have been great. We recently had a few items that weren’t made correctly, but David went above and beyond to help us get everything taken care of. He was friendly, professional, and made the process easy. The only challenge we’ve experienced has been occasional inventory shortages, but whenever we’ve needed assistance, the customer service team has been responsive and willing to help. We appreciate David’s support and look forward to continuing to work with Apliiq as our brand grows.
