We’ve been using Apliiq’s print-on-demand integration with Shopify and overall it’s been a strong experience, especially for brands that care about quality and speed. From a setup and usability standpoint, the integration is straightforward and intuitive. Connecting Apliiq to Shopify was quick, and pushing products from Apliiq into our store required very little manual work. The interface is clean, and managing products, mockups, and variants feels well thought out. Connectivity and sync speed have been reliable. Orders sync automatically and quickly from Shopify to Apliiq, which removes a lot of operational friction. We haven’t experienced lag, missed orders, or sync issues, which is critical when running live drops or time-sensitive launches. Where Apliiq really stands out is product quality. The garments feel premium, prints are consistent, and the overall finish reflects well on our brand. This isn’t low-end POD. The quality is noticeable to customers and supports higher-end pricing. Fulfillment and production times have been reasonable, and communication around orders and status updates has been clear. Overall, Apliiq is a strong choice for Shopify merchants who want a reliable POD partner, smooth automation, and higher-quality apparel than typical print-on-demand providers.

We’ve had a great experience using Apliiq for our Shopify store. I worked directly with Peter and he was incredible. He responded so quickly and was genuinely helpful every time we reached out, which honestly made a huge difference for us. Customer service is one of the most important things to us, and that’s where Apliiq really stands out. After trying a few other companies, it was clear how set apart their team is. It feels good working with a company where you know someone actually cares and is paying attention.

Apliiq allowed my brother and I to take a logo and an idea from one tee and hat design, to a year later, now over 100 products. It's incredibly intuitive and easy to use and their product selection is second to none. Their customer service is excellent. I've never had an issue that wasn't solved with their assistance. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to start an apparel brand.

Poor Quality & Unresponsive Support I ordered a single sample T-shirt to test Apliiq’s quality before placing a larger order. Unfortunately, the quality and customer service were both disappointing. Issues with the product: • Embroidery: Very loose stitching with visible gaps. Threads look unsecured and likely to unravel. • Branded neck tag: Contains a visible defective line/break in the print. • Rib collar: Unevenly attached at the shoulder, creating a noticeable step/bump instead of a smooth, straight collar. I provided clear photos showing each defect. Customer service experience: • Two emails were sent with no response. • I had to use live chat to get help. • The representative kept asking for additional photos of non-defective areas, despite acknowledging the visible issue. • No refund or meaningful resolution was offered, and a lot of time was wasted. As a brand owner, attention to detail is critical. If this is the result for a single sample, I wouldn’t trust placing a bulk order. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Apliiq.

Turnaround times are reasonable for print-on-demand, and their Shopify integration makes it easy to manage products without holding inventory. Customer support has been responsive when I’ve had questions, and they’re clearly built for brands that care about design and customization. If you’re looking for a POD partner that offers more elevated options and flexibility than standard print shops, Apliiq is a strong choice, especially for streetwear or boutique-style brands.

Products 5 stars Pete Lamb 6 Starts General Customer Service 5 Stars when they respond sometimes it can take a while between responses. Services 3.5 Stars I wish they offered DTG on more products, I wish they offered embroidery in larger sizes. Custom labels are noice. Pricing 5 Stars

Working with Apliiq on bulk orders has been great. They produce a high quality product, and actually care about customers. I had a small issue once and Peter jumped on a call and really helped me out of a jam. They actually care about small business owners and being their partner. Definitely there with you throughout the growth process, which is really invaluable.
