Had the best experience with Apliiq today. I had placed an order 2 days ago and I need to expand and add to the order. Hoping I was not too late I contact Apliiq via chat. Within 2 minutes, Kimberly, a customer rep signed on and started to assist me. I gave her the order number and she tracked the order. She advised that I still had time to add more items and helped me through the process. She actually did everything for me in the backend and then sent a payment link which I paid immediately. The process was seamless with professional and efficient communication. Kimberly is an asset to Apliiq and I hope to have her assist in the future if I need customer support. Well done!!!
