Apliiq ‑ Print On Demand

Unresponsive Support I just started using Apliiq today. After the product was designed, I was able to see that the design was not centered. I did not find any way to edit the design. I used the Live Chat and Kim informed me that I cannot edit a design once it is saved. That alone is a MAJOR flaw. She informed me that I would need to delete the product and start over. What a great waste of time. I was able to delete several colors but one remains. I have been waiting for over an hour now for her to respond as to how to delete the last product. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. Since their customer service is SO POOR I question whether I will use this site. It is not very user friendly and Printify is easier to use.

Very good experience and they've only gotten better over time. They are always updating their site to be user friendly. The back end Customer service is fantastic, we always get great service from Yash. Front end is sometimes hard to reach and the AI chat bot still has some learning to do. They have many products to choose from so thats nice. I like that we can source (recommend) products but those seem to be costly sometimes. Overall pleased.

We have used Apliiq off and on for a number of years for multiple product lines. Kim is one of their customer service agents who we have worked with from time to time and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and has always been extremely helpful!

been working with apliiq since i first started doing Merch . so accommodating with turnarounds and making sure i can experiment and test designs with all their different garments . Ben has always been such a help as well .

I've been with Apliiq only a couple months, but am really satisfied with my choice to work with them. Setting up a drop shipping business can be challenging, particularly with certain aspects of platform integration, and Apliiq has been really responsive and helpful via email. I also appreciate that they reach out to confirm designs for new products and provide suggestions if a design may not look good as is on a product, this type of attention is not available for other print on demand companies.

This app has made our on-demand process significantly more streamlined and makes it incredibly easy to try out new products and samples. The team is phenomenal with their response times and with supporting our inquiries, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to do custom apparel, where screen printed, direct-to-garment, or embroidery.

Apliiq isnt who they used to be. Extended delivery times, customer service went extremely down hill, and print / embroidery finish quality is dollar store attention to detail... If you're thinking of using this brand I suggest finding another. I had seven business running though them and over time as they have grown they have lost their quality and customer service. I reached out because another customer received a drop ship hat with a crooked embroidery on it, I asked Apliiq for a simple replacement and I provided photo evidence with the logo being crooked.. they said I needed to get my customer to send me a pic of them wearing the hat to move forward with the request.. no customer is going to do that after they sent me a pic of the hat on a flat surface... the logo Apliiq embroidered being clearly crooked... whats the point? What a joke after tens of thousands of dollars spent with them... I cant get a simple fix.... YIKES

I have a had a phenomenal experience so far with Apliiq. Customer service has been overly helpful, attentive and quick to respond. They have helped me build the brand and adjust art work etc as necessary to ensure the best results. I cant be happier. Overall, we’ve had a good experience with Apliiq. There embroidery is amazing. When the products are in stock, the quality and service have been great. We recently had a few items that weren’t made correctly, but David went above and beyond to help us get everything taken care of. He was friendly, professional, and made the process easy. The only challenge we’ve experienced has been occasional inventory shortages, but whenever we’ve needed assistance, the customer service team has been responsive and willing to help. We appreciate David’s support and look forward to continuing to work with Apliiq as our brand grows.

The customer service is great but their designers not so much I was told my design was too complicated to do or did'nt meet their standards which is odd because I've had this same design printed on printful with no issue
