I've used various print on demand providers over the years and this company is now at the bottom of my list. Actually, they are no longer on my list as the quality of their print work on sweatshirts is so low that I will never use them again. I sell my art designs on Gildan sweatshirts every year for the holidays and this year I decided to go with Apliiq because of their excellent reviews and I wanted to automate this portion of my business. Unfortunately, their print on demand quality, especially on RED GILDAN SWEATSHIRTS, is far from excellent... more subpar and below average. Anything printed white appeared as pink. So my Santa Claus's beard was pink... a pink beard on Santa?! Oh... he had pink eyes too. One person comment how my Santa looked high... that was NOT the look I was going for. I brought this concern to customer service and they pretty much told me that's just the way DTG is, even though I insisted that my other DTG vendors were able to print white on red without issue. That was the moment I should have left but I didn't and decided to give them a chance. So I kept them as my supplier and processed over 300 orders with them between October through mid December 2022. Now I'm dealing with customer complaints daily in my inbox and on social media. Every single last complaint was about the print quality. I understand that some of the fabric will bleed through the ink but the amount of bleed through from their printing process was terrible. I offered red, green, black and dark gray sweatshirts and the print quality on all of them were extremely poor but was most noticeable on the red ones. Some of my customers have now requested refunds just from looking at the shirt right out of the package while others have requested refunds due to the art fading away after one wash. I even had one customer who bought a shirt from me 5 years ago and from this year share photos of how the shirt from this year has faded. The 5 year old shirt looks like it was the one just bought. In addition to the terrible print quality, they ran out of stock on the blanks I needed the most and didn't alert me until well after that fact. This caused me to scramble to find a replacement vendor AND to cancel orders. All in all, I had 22 order cancellations due to them being out of stock. Other issues were present but were most likely due to the rush of the season. Still, having customers request refunds and shame me on social media all because of Apliiq's poor print quality has put a stain on my business. My customers don't know who Apliiq is so I'm the one dealing with the fallout. Lastly, their online portal is outdated and does not do a good job of keeping track of the nuances with each order. If you're only using Apliiq to print your t-shirts you may fair better than me. However, if you're using them to print on sweatshirts for your apparel business... RUN!!! Shout out to their customer service rep KIM who was the most helpful even though I was not happy with all of the headaches. The one star is for her.
Hey Daveia- The Apliiq crew is terribly sorry and surprised to read your review. Apliiq exists to create top quality apparel products and our approach is to always partner up to ensure our selling partners achieve the quality they need for their brand and their customers. Of course, this requires understanding on both sides of the partnership. I understand you spoke to our customer service team. It's unfortunate that that you didn't take us up on the offer to remake or refund the 7 complaints you received out of the nearly 500 products sent to your customers. While the 1.5% error rate is more than double our standard defect rate, there are so many things we could have done to avoid the situation all together. A few things to consider; - You brought up the print quality concern early on before many of your sales came in, the Apliiq team provided you recommendations to improve the print quality, which you didn't do and instead continued to sell hundreds more products. - Use higher quality base garments to create better printing results. You selected the cheapest hoodie Apliiq offers, you can and should reduce customer complaints by investing in higher quality blank garments. - Areas of your file that are white, did in fact print white. Update your artwork files to be white if you want the whitest possible print. You have a ton of control in your print file and small tweaks can make big impacts. - Use real images of your products, instead of computer generated mock ups which don't accurately reflect the product you are selling. Not only will real images convert better, they set appropriate expectations for your customers. Hopefully we can partner up to get the situation fully resolved for your brand. Talk soon, -Apliiq Team

silly prices, terrible interface cool concepts and creative print options but for the prices .....not a fan sorry
Hey Goat Industries! Apologies for getting off on the wrong foot, but I noticed you never reached out to customer service or placed an order... it doesn't seem like you gave this app a fair shot. (just our $0.02 🤦♂️) Also, I'm nearly certain you aren't looking at the dropship pricing. Don't hesitate to reach out in the future with any questions. P.S. -We are also an American company, as opposed to a European company (Printful, Printify, & Gelato), so you can definitely connect with a person right here in the U.S.A. if that's important to you! 😉

wondering why nobody is speaking on the shipping times. Or should I say production times. They note delays 3 weeks due to COVID, currently I have 5 orders over 40 days, 4 still in production and 1 hasn't even started production yet. The one that hasn't started production was ordered first. Glad I tested the app with my friends buying from my website before actually opening. Quality good, selection great but production time is the worse. If it wasn't for production time, they would get 5 stars easy.

Worked with Apliiq for 1+ month, and still, NO PRODUCTS have been shipped. My customers are furious.
Hey MochaPrescribed, I am so sorry about the issue with your orders. We have intentionally been holding them awaiting the completion of your branded woven labels. This is what we do by default to ensure we are shipping the exact design you have setup. It does take some time to setup quality products and I apologize if that wasn't clear to your initially. I know you have connected with our team since writing this review and we are working to expedite all of your orders to ensure a more timely delivery for your customers. Please note; once your labels are stocked at our facility you should expect standard turn around times. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding, -Your Partners @ Apliiq

Pretty much a complete fail for us, costing us hundreds of dollars in refunds plust the cost of the "premium" account where we were supposed to get embroidered labels put on products. After about 4 to 6 weeks of NO fulfillment, customers think your company is a scam. The virus, riots, the weather... all kinds of excuses. Now their moving and experiencing "growing pains" or whatever. Fail. Fail. FAIL.

I was so excited when I saw that they had the options for pocket shirts, hoodie liners, custom branding, and the fact that they had a timeline attached to each order..... AAAAAAAND after many many days of transferring all my products to them everything basically fell apart. Nothing is being delivered, over 2 months for something to even get shipped!!! I lost so much money and customers and my brand was hurt because of this... no answers from their team that was relevant, just random "we're doing our best"nothing practical at all! no timeline on when the issue will be fixed, and rude team!!!!!! I switched all the orders into a different provider, and the difference is insane! I don't care about selling pocket t-shirts anymore if all ill get is bad reputation. This was the most stressful time of my business, and all caused by them. DO NOT INSTALL!

Welp.. I was so excited to partner with Apliiq. Completely left the other companies I was doing business with, left my printing company. I was sold on everything they were selling... In the beginning. They simply can't produce the product in time. Minimum wait time has been 60 days. I've lost countless dollars and countless customers over Apliiq not holding up their end of the deal. They have given their customers the same line "We are working hard to fix it" but nothing has budged in months. These reviews are very discouraging because if they had it together in the 10 years they've been operating I feel they could be a powerhouse.. I am currently making the move to take my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend building a site to work with Apliiq..

Orders about 1 month, didn't get anything. Support every time said it's on production takes a few days, now it's been weeks ago support said it takes a few weeks more. After this answer I've to reply, what a fck lie. I've contacted 4 times to cancel the order, exactly after the shipping time was changed and there was no 6 weeks delivery time before... I've contacted a lot of times. I've canceled 4 days after I've ordered and the customers say, don't worry will finished this week but it doesn't so I've contacted again and again and every time you said it's in production can't cancel, after weeks it's not even made. You can have trouble with your stuff ok but don't lie to ppl.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We have let all selling partners know to expect delays between 3 to 6 weeks, apologies if you weren't aware of those expectations prior to placing your order. We are making investments in facilities, equipment, and team members to bring our order turn times back to our standard under 1 week time frames. Of course if you would like to cancel your order, we will refund you, no questions asked. Just let me know your order id and I will have it done immediately. Best, Ian Gruber CEO

July 10, 2020: I have been working with this app for about a month or so. I placed an order for a sample and I have yet to get it. Estimated delivery was 7/3 and today it updated to 7/24?! This happened after I sent a message and yesterday and have never heard back. Sent another message during normal business hours and still haven't heard back... I have started looking at other apps... I am very disappointed! | October 14, 2020: Just as an update, things haven't changed. The last order that went through my website with them was just delivered nearly 3 months later... Their products are a solid 5/5 stars and look amazing! But that's where the 5 stars end... Their customer service is lacking and lead times are way too long.

Updated review again. I had an order put in 7/10/20 and was estimated delivery by 8/8/20 and still nothing as of 8/19/20. I had orders from AliExpress from China that was delivered in 2 – 3 weeks, this company is in LA and the order is for San Diego. It's ridiculous, and of course, there chat with us now always says “Unfortunately, we are offline right now. We will email you as soon as we are back online!” Update - it has now been 15 hours, no response to my message in regards to this issue, it is no longer after hours and still no response, still can not upload anything, poor customer service. downgraded my review to 1 star now Has issues when trying to add a product to the website. Their webpage doesn't always seem to be working, and of course, it happens after hours so nobody can respond till tomorrow. Been trying to add products for over 2 hours. I was able to add one but could not add variants so I just deleted the product. Very frustrating as I have all night to work on my site and now I won't be able too.
