I was looking for an online clothing store for a few years now and played around with a bunch of platforms. Apliiq's UI and seamless integration into Shopify helped tremendously. But what stood out the most is their customer success team. They will take calls for you at any time and walk you through each step. This really helped me to start selling and creating. Apliiq gives you all the tools to succeed!!! They automate everything for you so you have more time to focus on your designs and website. I can make a design and have it up on my shopify store in seconds! Makes the building of a drop shipping store so much easier. The ONLY thing I wish they offered is the ability to purchase ultra high quality mockups of each product, or photography of your product when you purchase a sample. Maybe one day they can offer that service!! Shoutout to CUSTOMER SERVICE cause i ask a lot of questions almost daily and they are super fast with their responses always so helpful. The team at Apliiq are rockstars, every time I need to check a detail or make sure something is just right, they are there for me. I love their approval process which means for new designs, the team checks the specs of the artwork to ensure quality printing. The range of products Apliiq offers are quality and diverse. For embroidery in particular, Apliiq is unchallenged by the competition in my experience. Additionally, they offer white labeling of your designs which allows for a truly branded experience for your customer.

First off, let me say that the last two years has been a huge learning curve in building a business and now doing Print on Demand. My head is truly spinning in all the new systems I have had to employ to accomplish what I have. When it came time to find a Print on Demand company , I stumbled upon Apliiq and I am GLAD I DID!!! For a rookie like me, everything was pretty easy to learn and the tools are pretty self explanitory. On a few occassions I have had to utilize the online chat or email, and each time the responses have been quick and professionall (when I say professional I would emphasize that they were solution based, not condescending, and very educational..... and pleasant to deal with). I will also say that the video''s they have just seemed to click with me. It seems everyone and their brother has a video on how to do this stuff, but they're either too fast paced, or too technical for me right now...... Apliiq is just like the lesson from Goldilocks, lol......Just Right!! Thanks to Pete for helping me get this business up and running!!! You Rock!!!

Moreover, dropshipping is done expeditiously. All interactions with the Apliiq team, whether by chat, email, or phone, have been handled professionally and quickly. Apliiq is great for the plethora of different options they have to customize your apparel. No other drop shipping company comes close. If I could offer one suggestion for improvement it'd be some UI cleanup and to add a mockup system directly into the wesbite.
