I was having issues with my artwork uploading too small onto their products, and I could not figure out why. I set my Illustrator file at the max size at 300 DPI. I sent them my file and they were able to figure out where I was going wrong during exporting and they sent me step by step instructions on what to do. They resolved my issue! Excellent response time and great customer service! I have not printed with them YET, but just from their catalog alone, they have OUTSTANDING selections and the services that they offer are amazing!! I did my research on all of the POD companies out there, and this one is BY FAR the best one I have found as far as everything they do and what they offer. Can't wait to start printing with them!

Customer service us bar none, the bulk pricing is attractive, Peter is very personable and cares about your brand. He is very helpful. They care about your feedback adding value wherever they can! You can source all sorts of apparel, good brands like BELLA+CANVAS, Econscious and others, and apliiq's work is top-notch. When you need help, they are there for you. They bring the human element back to an increasingly digital world. I absolutely love the customization but the best part of this POD option is the customer service!!! I personally have been working with Kim and her recommendations for material and troubleshooting. Since working with her and Apliiq, i solely use their services for my store! Unlimited options as far as customization, branding, warehousing, etc..

I’m new to POD. I think if I had known all nuances of starting a POD shop, I would have taken this impulse decision of mine and thrown it out the window. This is also why I give them high marks and chose Apliiq after sampling another popular POD supplier. Their site is filled with a ton of information. I would recommend spending time watching their videos and reading their guided information. Their video on print options and color saturation is invaluable. Of course, I found that after I ordered my first samples. That’s okay. It seems there is a lot of trial and error on my end. Highlights: *private label options. There are choices to pick what’s right for you. *videos, and helpful information that is searchable. *dedicated customer service team of real people who want to help. And they respond quickly. Pete even, very generously, did a quick video chat with me to troubleshoot. That is going Above and Beyond! *the Customer team takes the inquiries seriously. They want you to be successful. *an art department. Reviews and awaits your approval on each design. *Pack ins —-okay not there, yet -but I would LOVE to use this to elevate the brand They just make everything feel very personalized. If anyone wants to give less stars because of price, then see the list above. Apliiq is where it’s at. They are passionate and it shows.

Apliiq is by far one of, if not, the best app for dropshipping clothing. If you're considering starting or making a clothing brand, making clothes for friends and family, making items for fun... Apliiq is the place to go. FOR SURE. Their customer service is unmatched and the quality of their output is insane. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Amazing company and app. I couldn't recommend them more. Their customer service is unlike any I've ever experienced. They really listen to your concerns and help you out the best way they can every single time. You can tell the team there really cares about their customers! They have soo many apparel options to choose from and are always happy to submit any requests for colors and such. My experience with them has been top-notch. I wouldn't even think twice about working with them if you're wanting to start a clothing brand!

You can’t find a better site for developing your creative ideas. Top notch branding apparel App. Do you need to establish a trademark for your brand? No easier way than with Apliiq. They sew your labels in your apparel! There is some learning but they have great live chat to get your questions answered. Honestly I chat with them all the time and every time they are pleasant and helpful. If you are serious about your brand and willing to put in a little bit of learning this App can make selling clothes a lot of fun.
