Apliiq is awesome! Recntly messed up an order on my side, added of the same hoodies on my store one with the right patches and one blank. Did an order and obviously selected the wrong one! Kim was great helped me track down the issue and sent me the right one asap!! Awesome customer service!! Great team and quality! Would highly recommend :) Jerome

Apliiq of all of the vendors we work with to create clothing, they are the best. Customer service is very responsive. Pete has been great too when we need something out of the ordinary. The app is great and the options Apliiq has for custom branding. I think Apliiq has some unique options that we can leverage for hoodies, crop tops, shirts, shorts, etc. I would definitely recommend them. Across the board they get a 5 out of 5.

I recently had an outstanding customer service experience with Apliiq, thanks to the Manager of Customer Success named Pete. He was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our interaction, demonstrating both professionalism and friendliness. Pete understood that I had a deadline to meet and worked diligently to help me find a solution that would allow me to meet it. I had an error with the woven label I had purchased. Pete acknowledged the mistake and assured me it would be corrected. Although fixing the error wouldn't be possible in time for my deadline, his understanding and dedication to resolving my concerns left a lasting impression. One such example involves my logo colors, which are black and gold. While it may seem obvious that printing the black color onto a black shirt wouldn't show up well, Pete astutely pointed out that we could use white as an inverse color, thus providing a suitable and visually appealing solution. It was oversite on my part but I appreciated the fact that Pete pointed this out to me. What truly sets Apliiq apart is their customer service, professionalism, friendliness, and courtesy. Pete made me feel valued and heard, and he even encouraged me to reach out to them if I ever need assistance in the future. I cannot recommend Apliiq and Pete highly enough. Their unparalleled commitment to customer satisfaction and the exceptional service they provide make them a top choice for anyone in need of their services. I've had a really great experience with Apliiq. Since this was my first business I've launched I had some difficult times and pressing questions I needed answers on in depth. Not only did the entire team help but they handled everything with care and class. I scheduled way over the amount of calls I should of but they were always kind. Elena was the first person that I spoke to and really cared for me and my brand. Pete also was very amazing and is on top of his ish. The material of the clothing and print is phenomenal I couldn't ask for a better partnership and I'm truly thankful.

I have chosen Apliiq as my new partner moving forward. While I am still in the process of switching all of my fulfillment services with them, I have run into a few problems with design and product production. Apliiq has a phenomenal customer service team and they have been extremely helpful along the way. Customer Service is extremely helpful. Any problem i have gets taken care of with best efforts. I also love the easy integration with my Shopify store. Adding products to you store are extremely easy. Quality wise the products come out great! Would highly recommend trying them out.

Had a really great experience working with a very specific vision for my woven label including placement and Yash helped me clear everything up and answered all of my super specific questions on the process! Super solid printing company definitely recommend 100% for any printing needs. Every order has been exceptional. My favorite thing about apliiq is that they have the styles of shirts that I want and they are super fast with the production time. Awesome company forsure. 10/10 5 stars.

Apliiq continues to be my number one choice for print-on-demand and drop shipping. They are eager to assist, plus you're always speaking with a REAL person, not a bot. Their quality control is exceptional! I have used dozens of other companies like Printful and Printify, but you never know what to expect from them. With Apliiq, I never have to worry. They offer trendy and affordable apparel with unique ways to customize each garment - my customers love the printed hoods! I want to give a special shout-out to Pete; he is the BEST! Very easy to talk to, super down to earth, and one of the main reasons I continue to place large orders with Apliiq.

I'm on the verge of launching my shop with many things on my mind in order to prepare, trying to assemble things to make sure they're ready and this includes the quality of the products of course... and Kim has been a genuine help from the very beginning. She personally sought/is seeking to assure my orders are made to my original vision before they ship, and is fun and kind to talk to. I've also had many questions for months and she has honestly set my mind at ease with some of the more logistical things. There's more, but suffice it to say that I'm thankful to have chosen Apliiq and pretty stoked for more to come. If you see products on their site that you like and you are thinking of starting a little biz or something, it's really easy to work with them and even quite exciting when you begin to see it all together. P.s. I would not write a review if I didn't believe in it, I just felt that Kim had earned it. I think that should say something about the service. stay cool

Turn around time is impressive, product is amazing, and the people are so easy to work with! Peter, the head of their customer service, is an absolutely awesome person to work with. I was hesitant about using this whole process and Apliiq has truly impressed me. Definitely recommend!!!!
