We operate 10 pharmacy branches across Cairo and needed a mobile experience that could handle real-world retail operations, not just basic ecommerce. Apploy helped us launch a branded mobile app experience that works smoothly for both our customers and our internal workflows. What impressed us most is the flexibility of the Toolstr team. Beyond the standard app features, they implemented several custom workflows specifically for our business requirements, including location-aware experiences and operational improvements that made a real difference for our customers. The app performance, push notifications, and Shopify integration have been reliable even as our order volume increased. The team is highly responsive, technically strong, and understands operational retail problems deeply. Apploy became much more than a mobile app for us.
