Awesome app. Super flexible and easy to tweak to suit whatever you need. We’re using it for table bookings – not exactly the traditional use case, but it works perfectly for us. The support team is brilliant – S R Vignesh sorted my issue quickly and without any fuss. Cheers :)

BOOKX is truly a very practical tool! Vignesh is really help me a lot to setting Booking system. My art studio requires students to book their class times in advance, and I’ve tried many plugins—BOOKX is by far the one I’m most satisfied with. Their customer support is also incredibly nice. Whenever I have a question, they patiently help me adjust the settings. Special thanks to Dhinakar for assisting me! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Mr. Nithish! He helped me set up and install BookX into my store with ease. He also went above and beyond to help me setup areas in my store that I was not aware that needed to be updated. I was appreciative that he was not in a rush during the entire process. He also took time to educate me on the different settings and updates for my store.

Great booking app which is built-in for Shopify. The features are easy to work with, compared to the other apps that I've used that are quite difficult to navigate. Upon set-up, they clearly show which tasks are done and which are pending your attention. They also have a final task of checking how if you have configured your app correctly. This includes a chat/call session with their team and they run through the bullet points with you making sure you understand the details properly. Nithish was able to help me with this one and he has assisted me greatly. He even answered some questions of mine that are shopify-related, appreciate the help!
