The customer service is excellent! They have always responded within a few minutes and they’ve always been able any problems right away the same day. (And admittedly all of the problems I have had have all been my own due to user error!) haha! I highly recommend this app, and just know that if you ever need any support, they are just an email away! P

We used an another for a long time before and suffered serious losses due to it crashing many times. We're so glad I switched to Propel because they have a great support team and are quick to resolve even the smallest issues. We feel safe here!

First time using an appointment scheduler. I thought I had it configured myself but alas I was wrong. I used the help/chat bot. I spoke to Tom and he responded quickly. Solved my problems fast. This app has literally made my life so much easier. It works seamlessly and is very flexible. The team has also been great for support. I needed a custom change made and the Propel team got on it and made it within hours. I tried several other scheduling apps and they were very clunky to operate and did not have a good user interface like Propel. It is nice to know that my customers have an easy time making appointments and I don’t have to worry about how it works.

I use this to book appointments at my jewelry studio. I have been very impressed with how the app works - I can book multiple types of appointments, it synchs to my Google calendar, I can create time between appointments - it is very flexible. It has a great reminder system as well for the clients - email and SMS. I recommend this app! I have also been impressed with the support provided by the team that built the app, they are very responsive to requests.

Just started using this app but i'm very happy with it so far. I used appointio before, but it couldn't do appointments in 5 minute increments so I had to switch to a new app. this one I really like a lot and it seems to work much easier than appointio so far. So I am happy.

Leo is a great help, I'm yet to use the app but with the set up and behind the scenes, Leo has made it very easy to understand. Just one thing that could be added, is a cancellation feature for salons that stops clients from cancelling last minute. Ill re review once I've started using the app

The feature wasn't showing up on our theme, Vantage 2.0. If that happens, don't give up and uninstall, as I was tempted to do. Use the chat and ask for help. Tom was able to fix the issue for us on his end within 5 minutes! We've finally found an appointment booking app we can easily integrate into our site.
