Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer simplen App um Bookings Slots Workshops auf unserem Store anzubieten. Wir wäre es wichtig, dass man zuerst das Zeitfenster wählen kann und dann wie viele Plätze man für diese Zeit buchen möchte. Gerade wenn jemand für eine Freundin mit buchen möchte wäre das super. Bin noch nicht ganz sicher, ob die App wirklich alle unsere Needs ab denken kann, bin es weiter am herausfinden. Aber der Customer Service ist sehr hilfsbereit und schnell, danke Tom und auch Leo.

I would not recommend this app, mainly for the customer support. I ask the app's customer service if there was a way I could test the premium plan on a development store without having to approve the charge. They told me it was not possible but that I could pay for it, and if I did not like it I could ask them for a refund since they had a 30 day money-back guarantee. I pay for the plan, tested the app for less than 1 hour, decided that it was not what I was looking for, and proceeded to ask for the refund. Now the app's customer service is telling me that I should talk to Shopify directly, and I have been trying to get the money back for a couple of days. In this sense, I felt misled by the app's customer support, they made it look like it was easy to get a refund if I didn't end up using the app for my production store, but it has not been true so far.

Easy to handle. The design is also good and i enjoyed to set it up. Has everything for my needs. Very helpful customer service. So far i can just recommend the app.

I ♡ how easily this app integrates with my site. When I was having issues with a new theme that was added to the site, Tom from the support chat helped me so fast that I thought I just did not give the system enough time to update. If you have a service-based business and need to set appointments I definitely recommend Propel!

Very disappointing. The developer was very unhelpful with the cart integration. It had issues with the shopping cart display and he refused to assist me. Never encountered this before with any other app integration. Not prepared to pay for this app.

Exactly what I needed! This is the only app I could find that had the ability to change the scheduled amount of time based on the product variants. Works perfectly and it is very easy to use!

Great app, even better customer service! I was unsure how to set this up with it being a new app to me, and the live customer service was fantastic. From the beginning they helped me set things up exactly as I needed and was super helpful answering all my questions. Any queries are answered super quickly, and I was kept informed at every stage. The is the only booking app I found that had as many options as we needed, the app allows you to do a lot more than other booking apps I've found. I would highly recommend.

I love this app for several reasons. 1. Easy set up 2. Ease of use 3. Offers the same features as others for a fraction of the price 4. Responsive and hands-on customer service. What more could you want?

I needed an app that would let me book workshops & events for my brick & mortar. I didn't want to use something like eventbrite because I wanted to drive traffic to my website and make it seamless. I tried a few other apps but they were not as easy as this one to figure out with out having to be too computer savvy & it does exactly what I want it to do.

I have found this app relatively easy to use, and have been very impressed with the quick and personal customer service from Leo. I’ve had a few issues quickly changing my store hours to adjust for my schedule. And Leo has quickly been able to access my shop (with permission of course) and quickly fix any issue I am having. I decided to upgrade to the $15/month plan so that my clients could receive text appointment confirmations. Any frustration I have had with not quickly figuring out an issue with Propel has been quickly relieved by the FAST, courteous and professional customer service from the Propel team! I also have found it to look very nice and professional. It seamlessly incorporates with my Shopify site. A+++ Erica
