Leo is a great help, I'm yet to use the app but with the set up and behind the scenes, Leo has made it very easy to understand. Just one thing that could be added, is a cancellation feature for salons that stops clients from cancelling last minute. Ill re review once I've started using the app

Customer service was very quick and helpful. I should have read the description better wasn't the right app and asked for a refund. I was very happy to hear that they would do this, as I just had installed it. Other apps in the past have not been so kind. Thank you and much respect for Propels professionalism. Best Wishes.

The feature wasn't showing up on our theme, Vantage 2.0. If that happens, don't give up and uninstall, as I was tempted to do. Use the chat and ask for help. Tom was able to fix the issue for us on his end within 5 minutes! We've finally found an appointment booking app we can easily integrate into our site.

The app is straightforward and quick to install and customize. The customer service is fantastic and quick to help solve my issues. This app helped solve my need for booking services for different dates and locations and connecting to my personal calendar so I am not overbooking myself. I would absolutely recommend it if you need something that is easy to operate and provides excellent functionality for booking services, classes, calls, etc.

Very responsive chat support. Unfortunately there are no possibilities to bulk import and setup the settings at once. The sizes of the fonts can't be changed manually. They need to make this app more advanced because it is a great app with great people!

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer simplen App um Bookings Slots Workshops auf unserem Store anzubieten. Wir wäre es wichtig, dass man zuerst das Zeitfenster wählen kann und dann wie viele Plätze man für diese Zeit buchen möchte. Gerade wenn jemand für eine Freundin mit buchen möchte wäre das super. Bin noch nicht ganz sicher, ob die App wirklich alle unsere Needs ab denken kann, bin es weiter am herausfinden. Aber der Customer Service ist sehr hilfsbereit und schnell, danke Tom und auch Leo.

I would not recommend this app, mainly for the customer support. I ask the app's customer service if there was a way I could test the premium plan on a development store without having to approve the charge. They told me it was not possible but that I could pay for it, and if I did not like it I could ask them for a refund since they had a 30 day money-back guarantee. I pay for the plan, tested the app for less than 1 hour, decided that it was not what I was looking for, and proceeded to ask for the refund. Now the app's customer service is telling me that I should talk to Shopify directly, and I have been trying to get the money back for a couple of days. In this sense, I felt misled by the app's customer support, they made it look like it was easy to get a refund if I didn't end up using the app for my production store, but it has not been true so far.

Shopify only allows us to refund app store charges once they're posted to your bill which can take several weeks. To ensure your refund is processed immediately, we recommend reaching out to Shopify directly. We were happy to give you an exemption and let you try all the paid features and guarantee a refund if you didn't like the app. I can see that you still have our app on your store. Please be patient and wait for the Shopify Support Team to refund you. Then please uninstall our app if you didn't find it useful. - Leo @ Propel Commerce
