Would have been great for our business but it only allows weekly team availability scheduling. Most beauty & hair clinics have monthly rotating rosters so that staff can have several weekend days off a month. Connecting it to google calendar would not have been productive or beneficial as the team grows. The monthly or bi-weekly repeating schedule needs to be an option in-app. Hopefully they can make this improvement soon.

This app does everything we needed - and the few things that it didn't they have worked with us to find work arounds on it. They are open to feedback and ideas for additional features. Their customer support is absolutely amazing! They are always there to answer questions or help with set up. Very much recommend this app for appointment bookings and tracking pre-paid packages and memberships.

The team at Easy Appointment have Stellar Customer Service. They by far exceeded my expectations and I'd personally recommend this app to anyone. They customized the application to fix my theme and I couldn't be more appreciative. 10/10 would recommend.

Really great app to manage multiple bookings / calendars / events etc. I love that it syncs with my Google Calendar, I can set my working hours and it also sends my customers reminder emails.

The team at Easy Appointment Booking is absolutely fantastic. We needed an app to manage bookings for our baseball and softball training facility, which includes batting cages. Our requirements were quite specific, and we needed a solution that wouldn’t break the bank. After trying almost every app on the Shopify store, we found that Easy Appointment Booking not only met all our needs but also exceeded our expectations. Their team was incredibly responsive, answering my numerous questions usually within a couple of hours, if not immediately. This level of support was provided even before I signed up for a paid subscription. They also offered an onboarding call to help us get started and scheduled a go-live meeting to ensure everything was in order before we launched our website. The app itself is great and easy to use. I highly recommend the Easy Appointment Booking app. I don’t think there’s a better app or team on the market.
