Customers were unable to make reservations, and we only discovered the issue three days before the event. Once a single booking was made, no further reservations could be placed by anyone else. After contacting customer service, they appeared to resolve two of the three available dates by adding 100 slots per date. However, the third date was never fixed. Despite their assurance that it would be addressed, we received no follow-up whatsoever. To make matters worse, the same blocking issue resurfaced on one of the supposedly fixed dates: as soon as one person booked, all subsequent reservations were again locked out. We are deeply disappointed. The app is unreliable, and we have very likely lost customers as a direct result of these failures.

I created one event and it worked. Then I tried to create more events and it kept trying to create an event for a different theme. So I deleted the themes I wasnt using, whoops broke it entirely and couldnt even activate the events then. even after an uninstall and reinstall, it kept trying to activate for a theme I deleted. Very frustrating. No support either. just a page with wiki's. garbage.

Never used the app. I have attempted to uninstall for months and continuously received "Sorry, something went wrong and we were not able to surface data needed to delete this app. Please try again soon!" . Charge $15 Monthly for an app I'm not using and can't cancel. Still waiting on a reply from customer service.

como vas a integrar una aplicación para hacer citas como si fuera un producto? se ve muy mal, deberian diseñarla de otra manera.
