Great support and availability for troubleshooting. We love the app so far as it supports the business needs with in person bookings, virtual bookings while keeping all ecommerce and event bookings in Shopify for clear reporting.

I've just set up the first booking thing and honestly my brain is so fried but the person on the helpline was excellent and walked me through everything (and took the reins when it was clear I am an idiot. the app is working like a dream and is allowing me to offer my customers a fun and seamless way of booking with us. Highly recommend

This app helps me organize my business so well! I can change the theme so it fits my site aesthetic and customize correspondence and questions for my services. The support from this company too has been amazing, always happy to answer any questions I have in a very timely manner. Their AI chatbot has also been a huge help when I've been burning the midnight oil and a live person wasn't available on chat! Very happy with this app and all the feature it comes with.

This booking app has been a fantastic addition to our restaurant’s operations. It seamlessly turns our Shopify products into bookable events or services, which is perfect for managing reservations for special events like brunches, tasting menus, and private dining experiences. Setup was incredibly easy, with no technical skills required. We love how it integrates with Google Calendar and Outlook, making it simple for staff to manage bookings. The ability to send email and SMS reminders ensures that our guests never miss a reservation. Plus, customers can easily modify their bookings if plans change, which has really helped reduce no-shows. The flexibility to manage recurring events like wine tastings or special dinners, and even allow for subscriptions, has been a huge boost for us. The waitlist feature is great for those busy nights when we’re fully booked, and being able to ask intake questions helps us cater to guest preferences in advance. Not only is it perfect -- exactly what I was looking for, a way to book consultations right on my product page at checkout -- but also when I came up to an issue with installing multiple options and could not figure out how to correct it, the team was immediately responsive, kind, and fixed it perfectly. Customer service was fantastic. I needed assistance and Qalvin hopped on a call with me immediately and helped me problem solve my issue. Hopefully I can continue to replicate his teachings today!
