AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had some very specific needs for scheduling various classes. Joy and Qalvin were both available to help me navigate the app and get my first class sessions set up.

Ray and the team have been so helpful in getting our events set up and customised. There are so many options available in this app, and along the way we've had a few questions, and they've been right on the ball to help us. We are very happy with this booking solution for our store.

So far, this app has been far superior to others we have used in the past, with so many customisable options and configurations! It also has a number of integrations meaning it can be used in a way that best suits your team. The Servicify team are also incredibly friendly and quick to help with anything they can. We now use this app for both our Shopify stores and would highly recommend!

It is SO EASY to use!! If you need a way to get more bookings for your small business, this is the way to go!! If you have a moment of ignorance like I did, they are ready to help and save the day! 15 months using Easy Appointment booking and wouldn't THINK to use anything else!

I'm very happy and grateful for the customer service i received from the customer support team. After downloading the app i did not know how to use it and set it up for my business. I decided to reach out to Easy Appointment team and schedule a call with them and they were very happy to walk me through the whole process. This app can be tricky to figure out, but the support is wonderful and very on top of it!
