As a small business (fashion boutique) operated by a team of 2 and dedicated to keeping every step of the design, manufacturing and marketing process in-house, we have to lock our boutique doors and operate by "appointment only," in order to focus on all the back-of-house work. That being said, a simple and user friendly (both on the front and back end) appointment booking app is very important to us. We tried the popular Sesami app but found it gave us a lack a lot of customization features and aesthetic feature we were looking for. Easy Appointment Booking was the second app we decided to try and we absolutley love it. It's easy to figure out and so far, the things we've needed to customize have been easy to implement. On top of that, the customer service is AMAZING. Ray is freakin' awesome and the positive comments in other reviews regarding his dedication to customer support is what ultimatley sold us on this app. He has not disappointed us and we are very happy to be able to reach out to him whenever we have questions or concerns. He seems to take pride in this service which makesour experience even better and our investment into this application even more worthwhile. We would highly reccomend :))))!

Amazing customer support team of EAB, they are helping with all my inquires. While the settings out of the box are not ideal, team is always ready to help and accommodate my requests with potential solutions to meet my needs.

I’ve been using the Easy Appointment Booking app, and I absolutely love it! Their customer service is exceptional – incredibly helpful with assisting in fixing bookings. I had to learn how to use many of the features, but the instructions are straightforward once you read through carefully. Ray is quick to respond and proactive in fixing any glitches or explaining how to set things up properly. Thank you.

Great app for me and superb support from the team. I’m not a computer person and I needed help customising a few things . They were very responsive and talked me through a very simple fix that suited me perfectly.

This app is incredibly easy to use and that stands on its own. But the technical support is amazing! We've grown from the free version and have found ourselves upgrading because of all the features available. Highly recommended.

Easy Appointment Booking offers all the features that we were looking for in a booking tool (and more). Their team has been very responsive and supportive and has helped us with setting up and giving guidance on how to use the app to best suit our needs, and in follow-ups and troubleshooting. We highly recommend Easy Appointment Booking.

This application works so well with our companies when booking calls for our team. The customer service is so fast and kind, if there is something we need help with their team is on it ASAP! Highly recommend 12/10!!

We LOVE this app! We considered several options before choosing Easy Booking and are extremely satisfied with the app so far. The support is amazing, and new features seem to be added regularly. Highly recommended!!
