This app is for people that want fantastic customer service, comprehensive and intuitive design, feature rich products, and easy solutions. For anyone even a little bit curious, I highly recommend a demo. You will immediately see a team that cares, is helpful, clear, and really supports your business. They are not pushy at all, probably because they know how good their product is. If you're like me, someone who offers products and services, Easy Appointment Bookings takes that into account and makes it really easy to keep your products as products and your services as services. This was my sticking point, and the solution was there before I asked. Just really glad to have found this app/company. Thank you so much for all of your help, Qalvin. We've been using Easy Appointment Booking for quite a few months now with very little issue and it's been working great for our small business. The few issues we have had, Ray and the team have quickly and efficiently resolved without a problem. Their customer service is excellent, and we would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for an easy and effective scheduling application for their shop.

Great app, easy to use, very customizable. The customer service/technical team is the best part of the app by far. They respond within minutes are always able to help with any questions or difficulties. It really makes a big difference to know you have real and effective customer service team backing you when you need it.

A very interesting tool, very good customer service, responds even at unlikely hours, a little frustrated with the UX which needs to be improved but otherwise a 10/10.

Great app, and really easy to install. I have tested it myself so far and is doing everything i need. Had an issue where another app i use was blocking the 'select time' ( just showed Add to cart on mobile rather than bringing up the booking form) and reached out to them and Ray fixed it amazing fast and later also checked in all was good.

Cannot fault the app, or the customer service. Simple to use, great dashboard, FANTASTIC customer service at all hours (not just US time) and a flawless system. Perfect for appointment booking for in-person visits.

Absolutely fantastic customer support! I had some issues getting the app to work with my store and the team helped out really quickly by jumping in and looking at the coding (something I have no idea how to do). Really impressed and would definitely recommend it to others.

great so far! the only thing I would prefer is an expert representative to give all new customers one phone call to go over setting up, so we don't miss anything and get the most from the app.

This is my 2nd season of using this app and I love it! It looks great for the user, it's easy for me to set up and when there's been small struggles from my side, I get very quick responses from the team or easily find the answer as they have the most common problems and answer easily accessible. I don't use this app all year, so when I went to get it set up again it was an absolute breeze which saved me soooo much time. Thanks to Ray and the team, another super happy customer!

Decided to choose this booking app for our Shopify store after reading so many good reviews. Easy to use and navigate the app. We also had a question and Ray responded very efficiently!! 10/10 would definitely recommend to everyone looking for an appointment booking app :)

I only have one service for bookings. But, I love that you can use the free version for group bookings. Easy to set up and have no issues so far. Highly recommend!

Ray is great. SUPER fast response time and very helpful/knowledgeable when it comes to troubleshooting. A great app that helps me schedule custom appointments for my customers. Highly recommended.
