I tried a few appointment apps before finding this one, it was the most user friendly. Queries are answered quickly and efficiently, and Ray is very friendly too. It's been a great addition to the website - to be able make appointments to visit the gallery in person. Great for booking events too. Thank you for a great app.

Really easy set up for our custom fittings. We were actually debating between platforms and this app helped us choose Shopify for our needs. Ray was super helpful too! Highly recommend this app!

What's not to like? Integrates easily, has every feature you could need (more than we need for our basic application) and the support is phenomenal. When we send a support ticket (not because anything is wrong, just for advice) and we get really comprehensive replies quickly. On our last support ticket, Ray who helped us out, had been onto our website, and noticed something regarding the stock quantities, he then took it upon himself to make a note of it in our support ticket despite it not even being the issue we asked about. Absolutely fantastic. In all honesty, I rarely leave reviews, but this was well earnt. Thanks guys, keep it up.

This app works very well, I found it easy to use and my customers love being able to book without calling us. Support is A+++, very quick to reply with detailed and customized replies.

I use Easy Appointment Bookings to schedule bookings on our website. It is a great App and the customer service team are fantastic, especially Ray who has been extremely responsive and helpful.

So far it was easy to set up and works! I haven't signed up for a paid plan yet, but was already tempted to do so and will seriously consider it as my business grows.

I used this app for taking appointment bookings for a event that ran across multiple days with different time slots. I tried several apps before this and this was by far the best and easiest to use. The customer service is absolutely brilliant! Ray was extremely helpful and quick to reply to emails and jump on a call. Would highly recommend.

The best reservation app for Shopify. We've tried several others and this is the best laid out, manageable and updated one by far.
