So far this has been the best experience I have had with a scheduling app. I am so impressed that there are real individuals available for help and assistance so quickly, and over video chat which is even better. This is a very easy to use, straight forward app that still delivers all the bells and whistles if you want it to. Perfect for our needs and reasonably priced, whether on the free plan or paid plans you will get what you need! Will recommend this app to others looking to streamline scheduling of appointments, especially when online payments are involved.

The app doesn't work properly, kept getting errors like "Document couldn't be saved" Yeah, okay, and why would it be saved? Lots of UX errors. Bummed that I had to install this app and they connected to my data... Do not install this app if you are looking to perform for more than one simple execution,

As for connecting with your data, we only connect with the parts of the app to make the experience simpler for you, like syncing the bookings with your orders or sending the customer a reminder email. Since your uninstallation, that data is no longer connected. I used the app to offer 5 minute consultations to customers to learn about our service. It was easy to set up by connecting it to a product on Shopify.

I did not enjoy figuring out this is an add on app. However it is working well and was easy to figure out.

I used this app for helping my clients schedule tarot readings with me, and even though the time is kinda irritating, it works perfectly fine and looks great on my website.

The app is very easy to set up. I was struggling to set a date range & Ray fixed it for me in a matter of minutes of receiving my email! This is the perfect app for my workshop appointments.

Very easy to onboard. We used this app to book out in-studio shopping experiences for the holiday season. The free plan was enough to get things working but looking at a paid plan for automatic reminders and questions.

The guys at Easy Appointment Booking were extremely helpful despite their platform not being suited to our specific requirements. Their Customer Service is honestly second to none and they even went as far as suggesting solutions to our pain point that enabled to us to start taking bookings and making money. I would definitely recommend giving this App a try for your booking needs. You guys are awesome, thank you!
