This app was perfect for my event. I hosted an event for which I wanted to control the flow of people showing up. This booking app's time slot function was perfect for this. I set up time slots 15 mins apart from each other so attendees could select the time slot of their liking and we knew what would be coming at us at a certain time. Also, there was no strict cap on the number of people that could attend per se, but the venue did have a limited capacity. The time slot fuction was also great for this, because I could enter the venue's capacity, and the app would count the no. of people present [provided that you could estimate how much time people would spend at the event], showing only time slots available based on this calculation. The free version of this app gave me what I needed for this event and I am looking into getting the paid version. However with prices going as high as $99 per month I am reluctant, and stretching the use of the free app. The app was not super intuitive when I first started using it, however I did manage in the end.

The app has an amazing range of features; well worth it in our experience so far. The ability to use one app for both appointment scheduling AND 1-off event ticketing is key for us. The calendar integration works great, and the team is SUPER responsive if you have any questions or weird edge-cases.

This is one of the loveliest software support teams I've encountered - and I use a lot of software and apps! The app itself was fairly straightforward to get going without looking at any directions, and anything that I wasn't sure on, I was able to find a helpful video to sort out. In the end, I only had one thing I actually had to ask support about in regards to setup. I also came in hot with a crisis on my other software and a need to switch to them with a FAST turnaround and they were GREAT in helping me through the import process to get my existing bookings ported over. I couldn't find another option that was as clean and easy to use that would also import my current bookings over. I had a LOT of questions through this process and their support was LIGHTNING fast. Many apps take a day or two to respond, which is fair - but these guys were on it like within an hour max. Ultimately, I can see they really care about what they are doing and are super responsive, that's worth it's weight in gold when you need to rely on a booking software app.
