I'm not the type of person to leave reviews, but the exceptional service from Zack and Ray left me no choice! I've tried BookX, Apntly and a few others that didn't do the job, but Easy Appointment Booking App really make it SO EASY! Highly recommend. Big thank you to the team and keep it up!

I created one event and it worked. Then I tried to create more events and it kept trying to create an event for a different theme. So I deleted the themes I wasnt using, whoops broke it entirely and couldnt even activate the events then. even after an uninstall and reinstall, it kept trying to activate for a theme I deleted. Very frustrating. No support either. just a page with wiki's. garbage.

This app is by far the one that provides us the most flexibility. For any feature we can't achieve, we can manage around it with customer service. Speaking of customer service -- this is the most personable team, and we love that they're local to us. For us, it's the relationship that matters!!

This is the first booking app I have used so I don't have a lot to compare it to. But it's pretty user-friendly as far as creating bookings, rescheduling, etc. Also going back to look back at old bookings or accessing customer info. There have been issues for sure, but the customer service and support has been really good.
As a long time customer of ours, we appreciate the honesty and supportive nature of this review. We've made new improvements to POS and reporting since we last connected, we look forward to your continued use!

I was looking for an app that could help me with appointment booking and subscriptions for my training business. Qalvin and the team were so helpful in helping navigate how to make this possible. It is important to have my customers stay on my site and not be taken to a third party site when making a purchase. They were able to make this happen. I also had a learning curve in the beginning on how to properly set this up, but Qalvin took the time to walk me through it all and help me get everything up and running properly. They were also really open to my feedback on my user experience which was really nice. If you are looking ot keep your customers on your site and have the ease of booking, I highly suggest you give this app a go!

Easy Appointment Booking is an excellent app! The team made the transition from Calendly completely seamless. It's very user-friendly and integrates perfectly with Shopify, capturing customer data effortlessly — a great perk for any store owner. Highly recommend!
