Great customer service. Was having trouble getting the "Select A Time" button to show (even after enabling it on my theme.) Opened a chat and it said to expect a response in a few hours but it was actually only a few minutes. Zack fixed the issue right away and now I can get this app up and running and start getting appointments booked!

it's really easy to use compare to other booking apps and the team was very helpful and guided me step by step to set up everything right. if you need an app for appointment booking, this is the best option!

One of the best booking tools out there. We've paid unspeakable amounts of money of fancy booking tools and they come with so many excuses and limitations. Been using Easy Appointment Booking for about 4 or so months now and I can't find anything to complain about.

Top notch service! This app has SO MANY possibilities and yet is simple to use. I did have a little trouble understanding the best route to take during setup because there are different ways to make it work - designed to encompass a large variety of businesses. When I have questions, the team is available to help, and the Priority Support with my Pro Plus account has been amazing! Qalvin even jumped on a google meeting call with me to share ways to group my products/variants/and availabilities to make the checkout process more streamlined for my clients. All of my minor issues have been addressed. The support is amazing. The App is amazing! I look forward to learning everything that I can accomplish with Easy Appt Booking. A quick update a few months later: Nothing but amazingness here! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Easy setup, easy management, all-around great app! We've been using this app for several months to run our sauna booking system. Configuration was easy and had all the customizations we needed. The support team is responds to questions quickly. Would highly recommend this app for those needing a business bookings system.

We've only just installed it, but if it works as expected, it will make our ticket sales SO much easier on the backend and more user friendly on the customer-facing side. Customer service was prompt, friendly, and helpful during setup.

Loved the customer service! I tried to set up my availabilities by myself and just couldn't get it to work! Qualvin did a quick google meet call with me and now everything works perfect! I recommend this app to everyone!
