I've subscribed to this app for over a year, I've had a few problems, however, whenever I reach out someone was always there to help. Honestly, it may take some time due to time difference, but they always respond and do their best. My most recent problem, I was was so frustrated with and Karan help me via a call. he took the time to trouble shoot my problem prior to the call, therefore, I didn't have to even explain once he called, he saw exactly what was wrong and fixed it right away, less than fives minutes the call was over and my problem was solved . Thank you

bhagna is amazing she helped right away and the information was easy to understand. I love this service some of the best customer service iv had.
