I have been using Appointo for a few years and the team has always been very helpful with customization, any issues, and considering new features. There are very few booking management apps that support Japanese, so I truly appreciate that this app is available in Japanese and is very easy to use. Whenever I had questions or needed help with the settings, the chat support was very quick to respond and handled everything with great care and professionalism. Even on the free plan, the app is very useful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a booking management app that supports Japanese.
