I have been using Appointo for over two years now, and while this app has worked decently for what it does, it also has many issues. Getting help from the developers when issues arise takes between 2-10 days with constant follow up and re-explination of the issue. We also recently discovered that we had multiple customers who were not charged for their reoccurring membership for up to two years. It was only through our audit that found that these customers had access to the booking platform without payment. This resulting in over $5000 in lost revenue and frustrated customers. The developers have apparently since fixed the issue, but the customer profiles are now unaccessible and are still showing the wrong information on billing and subscription dates. They also have yet to be charged for their membership, even after the developers mentioned that everything is fixed. They did offer us one year of free subscription to this app to help rectify the issue but my trust in the developers and this app is gone. In my personal opinion, this app is not worth it. Constant issues, app functions that don't work properly and result in lasting damage in their code, and general frustration when using this app.

The available options of the Appointo app for turning Shopify products into bookable services and provide the whole stack of features around them is quite comprehensive. Building the environment up is intuitive and in particular the very responsive and effective service provided by the team is outstanding - even custom tailoring is done promptly where needed.

The support team was helpful and able to resolve my issues over a short call.

Customer service is great! They answer quickly and are happy to help if you need it. They verified my store and adjusted the calendar to match my website's color scheme so that I didn't have to. The product works exactly as advertised and gives me a lot of options for subscriptions, group scheduling, and variants.

This app works very well for appointment booking. We've tried several others and so far this is the best one we've found. We had a small technical difficulty that was solved quickly by their support.

Awesome onboarding. Great integration. For Free version is great to get started. Perfect options I see already for later in premium once bookings start to flow. Awesome timely, real-person support! (Customized it to fit shop colour scheme)
