I had an extremely frustrating experience with Appointo. The app itself is confusing, and the payment system is a mess. After subscribing, I was unable to cancel or change my plan, even though I followed all the steps. I reached out to customer support multiple times over 10 days, and all I got were vague responses and empty promises. They said they would fix the issue within 24-48 hours, but no action was ever taken. I had to keep following up with emails and messages, wasting so much time on something that should be simple. Honestly, I regret ever using this app. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you value your time and money, STAY AWAY !!!
