Super clever app! We need an app for rental bookings and this one seems to fit our needs quite well. You can upgrade your plan and receive more options but the free plan is pretty good already. Thanks to Shubhankar for the helpful service!
I managed to get live assitance with the initial set up
A great app to use, and it was seamless to receive help. But this review is more about customer service. I am new to the app and the agent helping asked me if I am based in India or another country and proceeds to comment on my physical appearance. I find this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. When someone is using your app and seeking professional support, personal comments like these irrelevant and take away from an otherwise good experience. I hope this is addressed so future interactions remain respectful and focused on the actual support needed.
