Great app with great support! Setup was quite simple and done quickly. The app works reliably and offers the features I was looking for. A special thanks to Bhagya and Shubhankar – both were quick, friendly, and immediately found the right solution. This is what good support feels like. Highly recommended!

I have received outstanding customer service from several members of the support team. They respond promptly and provide detailed instructions whenever I have a query. The app was thoughtfully designed with the user in mind, and I utilize it daily to manage scheduling and provide seamless reservations for my customers. I highly recommend this app!

I love the customization of Appointo! It allows me to create several different dance classes with descpritions, specific dates, and scheduling cutoffs. Great app for service businesses.

The app looks very good in basic plan. There are some bad moments related to product syncronization and Inventory track when displaying widget.

Shubhankar was extremely helpful and did what I needed to get done. He is kind and he is extremely knowledgeable. Very bright young man please consider him for some type of raise. There should be more folks like him in the world.

Bhagya is number one awesome customer service representive fast efficient comprehensive clear communication. The app is a bit heavy missing a couple features such as partial pay but there is another add on to fix that issue. I am happy to be a customer of the best app Appointo.

The app is great and you can add multiple services. Other apps is on chargeable basis. It's pretty straight forward to set up and Karan from the team was helpful guide us through the process. Highly recommended and no coding knowledge required.

Customer service is great!! Whenever I had questions they were there to help. In particular Shubhankar was very helpful! He helped me integrate the subscriptions and booking features into our shopify website, where our customers are now able to buy a subscription and book appointments.

Super schneller und freundlicher Kundenservice. Wir wollten die Farbe des Widgets anpassen, wobei uns Bhagya unterstützt hat und unsere Wünsche direkt umgesetzt hat. Alles in allem eine tolle Booking App.
