I want to give 5 stars for the set-up assistance provided by Bhagya. She was easy to work, answered my queries swiftly and was very proactive on installation - helping me set it up as I replaced another appointment app. Although I've recently installed it, I'm already happy with it as I can have my availability in two places on my website - as I have 60 min appts and 15 min appts and the app handles this scheduling easily at no cost. I'm on the free app at the moment as I'm a start up business. It suits my simple needs and has an adequate level of functionality, but I will probably upgrade when I have the means.

One of the best appointment booking apps out there. I have done extensive research comparing different apps for my salon. Appointo stood out the most in all aspects. It is also one of the best support teams out there with immediate responses always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is working optimally for your business to run smoothly. It's a must have app if you need to make bookings in your business.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service team, especially Bhagya and Karan. They have been incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the process. Both went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I fully understood everything. My review is 5 star due to amazing fast and helpful customer service and the great features and pricing compared to their competitors. Today I worked with Bhagya and I have also worked with others on their support team over the past week or so. I am new to shopify and appointo and they are very kind and helpful. I will continue to leave my review 5 star if all goes smooth and well once customers start using my services via the appointo app. I do recommend to others!

This app is a pain. Keep sending my clients toold address even thought I've changed it. ireached out several tyimes and they seem to cant fix their own issue. They need toimprove big time. Not worth the hassel.
