App works very well. Support is pretty good. They answer very quickly and have been able to help with all of my issues so far. The one thing I can say could be an improvement is if the app itself does not rely on the booking service being a product page. It's confused some of my customers in the past. I wish it was just a regular website page.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Appointo. The app itself is confusing, and the payment system is a mess. After subscribing, I was unable to cancel or change my plan, even though I followed all the steps. I reached out to customer support multiple times over 10 days, and all I got were vague responses and empty promises. They said they would fix the issue within 24-48 hours, but no action was ever taken. I had to keep following up with emails and messages, wasting so much time on something that should be simple. Honestly, I regret ever using this app. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If you value your time and money, STAY AWAY !!!

Getting start with this app is pretty easy. It's easy to configure and work. There are lots of features to test and experiment with. Support is great, and they made a few adjustments for me. I'm looking forward to trying out some of the more advanced features. I had this app working just the way I wanted in just a few minutes.

I tried four different apps for my bookings and this one was the most straightforward and had all the features I needed. Bhagya was especially helpful at making sure I was all properly set up.

So Far, so good. I appreciate that the setup is guided and pretty simple. I had one difficulty getting the calendar widget to work, but support was excellent. Timely and ready to help when I was available, which is very kind. They had enough knowledge and experience with Shopify to find my issue and help me resolve it quickly and easily. Looking forward to seeing how this app might enhance the function of my business!

A great booking app that seamlessly integrates with our website and Google Calendar. It is fully customizable and customers do not need to leave our website to complete their booking. The level of support they provide for a free app is unbelievable! Bhagya and Shubhankar have always been there to answer all our questions and we have many! As soon as they make some nice-to-have improvements, it will be difficult to find a better booking app, paid or free. Thanks!!!

Super app for adding appointment management to Shopify. Support is fast, friendly and knowledgable and open to feature requests. Adding a large amount of services can be time consuming but only needs to be done once.
