We were looking for an app to make workshop appointments bookable for our bike workshop. The app meets our requirements exactly, is modern and performant. The service is excellent. I had a few questions at the start, which were answered directly in a personal call. I can say that the developers of this app have definitely thought and thought along.

Honestly I love everything. They were so quick to jump on calls and assist. Every issue or concern I had it was resolved within minutes or before end of business day. I love the customizations . I hope we can have a lasting relationship and that this customer service stays top tier. Each member of this team has been so helpful and please understand that this review is not just me saying anything this is coming from someone who has tried some major booking brands and paid hundreds of dollars a month and still never received this type of care nor expertise. Very pleased

I a new to this platform and let me tell you they have made it a breeze to get educated on it. Thanks to Priyanshu he stayed helping me for an extensive amount of time where he gave me a better understanding of how to use their platform and how to set up my booking site. Highly recommend this platform.

We've been setting up our store, and Appointo turned out to be a real lifesaver. Right after we installed it, we hit a small snag with the calendar setup. But luckily Appointo's support team was lightning-fast in fixing it. They're awesome! So far, the app itself is easy-to-use and user friendly. If you're on the hunt for a solid appointment booking app with great support, Appointo is the way to go.

The customer service you get with Appointo is UNMATCHED. Priyanshu was absolutely beyond helpful and showed me available options with the pro plan that I likely never would have otherwise found in my own. He and Appointo really helped upgrade our site and our booking experience in general. After using many different apps, Appointo is my favourite.

Wow! I've never experienced more stellar customer service before. They went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and walk me through setting the app up on my store. I had an amazing experience with Karan from Appointo - they're super helpful and walk you through step by step how to embed the app on your site and answer your questions very quickly. I was able to set mine up in minutes. It is super user-friendly and clean look.

Great app and great support. When ever I have a question, I simply ask on the chat and they respond very quickly.
