Just completed my intro meeting with the support team and the customer service was amazing. I look forward to learning more about the app and how it will work for my company.

All in all a great app, easily integrated and activated. Very helpful and responsive customer service.

Great support in getting this app set up! When I click on chat it is a real person helping me and I am always asked if I want to jump on a call to talk in person.

Very useful - I have no prior experience but the ability to call and message 24/7 is awesome. I have set up what seems like a very complex task in only a couple of days. Very satisfied with the app and very helpful staff

Great support and even though functionality is not always exactly how I would like (it's about 90% there though!) they are open to making changes quickly when needed.
