I have had an issue with the app which was resolved in a timely manner, considering it happened during the weekend. Overall everything works as it should. I would however like to see a few additional features for the app such as automatic booking of days after the second subscription payment and surge pricing for multi-day bookings. Special praise to the support team, whose service is unparalleled. Usually, you get an answer through their live chat within half hour and it is easy to set up a call. It would take a good product to be swayed from Appointo.

This app is a remarkable solution for managing appointments for your products and services. While some aspects of the setup may require a little extra effort, the exceptional quality of the customer support service more than makes up for any challenges encountered. What can I say. Not only does this app do more than exactly what I'm looking for, but the team are so amazing to work with. I spoke to Priyanshu and after a few messages he was on a call with me, sharing my screen whilst he talked me through everything I needed. Honestly one of the best services I've ever experienced. We implemented this to save us admin time in our consultations and it has been great so far. The support is very quick and very helpful. No question is too much. For our business, there are certain limitations however I think they are continuing to improve the product and make it even better. The subscription option recently implemented was exactly what we required, as it now allows our customers to self-serve and book their own appointments without requiring manual follow up!

At first I couldn't install it but the support team jumped on the issue and helped me really quickly and in a convenient way and it's the only app that help me find a proper multi-day booking for my needs. Big thanks to Priyanshu and Mukul for the help

The support is amazing. Priyanshu and Karan were very helpful in solving for my use cases. Priyanshu was able to solve my problem of multi-session booking using Subscriptions. If you have the same problem, try subscriptions! Please note that there are some limitations of capability of Appointo. On my use case, all the services are tied to one another even if they are different services. Service 1 slots will be deducted from Service 2 when what I wanted is only Service 1 and Service 3 syncs with one another. Alas, support is there to brainstorm with you on the possible solutions you can do to work around it. Very grateful for the hand-holding. We spent a total of 1.5 hours on the call for me to accomplish my use case. Thank you to the team and well done!
