I greatly appreciate that a person set up an appointment with me to rectify some technical issues. The team member that worked with me was patient and very helpful.

I was helped by Karan, he was incredibly helpful with setting up the app and integrating it into our store. He answered all my questions and was able to assist me in customizing the button to our styling! The application itself has multiple was to integrate it into the store (embedded into page or as a product). You can customise the widget to your needs, have multiple variables of the event and ask additional questions (paid plan). Highly recommend! Exceptional support and great value for the price!

I has problems about calendar availability and address require service from client. I sent appointment inquiry and received zoom call with an easy explanation and problems solved just in few minutes. Thank you very much. I am highly recommend this customer service.

So glad that I downloaded this app for my shopify store. I was confused about how to get the "Buy Now" tab replaced with "Book Now' and after just a quick click, a team member was able to get it done in no time. I love knowing that I have a team available to answer my questions. Thanks Guys!

I really like this appointment app. It has been easy to setup and I have had great support. The app’s clean design and intuitive navigation make it easy to use, even for those who aren’t tech-savvy. It has truly streamlined my appointment management, saving me both time and effort.

The only app that stood up to my needs. Customer service is very friendly and helpful. They even added custom translations and features in a couple of days. Great App ! :)

I've only started using Appointo and had some issues getting things set up correctly but the Priyanshu was extremely helpful to get some custom settings changes that seem to have done the trick.
