Love their service! They are quick to respond and the app works properly when it is installed. We love this! Saves a lot of time trying to figure out how to fix things. Thank you!

This team designed a beautiful program! I installed and tested several appointment systems before choosing to move forward with Appointo. Our company is really strict with branding and design. We love the way the program works and displays for our customers. Easy to use as well! Only needed support on one item so far and the team responded and helped right away. Highly recommend.

This app has been pretty self-explanatory, in certain cases it has thrown me for a stump; however, I've been able to reach out for support & get online/video support within moments & that has made me sooo happy! Great support! Pretty easy-to-use app. Works great for my customers & me (behind the scenes).

Very good app and the support is outstanding. Any questions they reply very quickly and help straight away and provide always a solution. Fits my need perfectly to schedule mutiple bookings. 10/10

The customer service I received from Karan was top knotch! I was not sure how to navigate certain aspects of the app. He was able to connect with me via Google Meets and answer all of my questions. He helped me set up my subscriptions and packages as well as edit my schedule and integrate everything with my Google Calendar! My goal was to add my in person services to my shopify store and he made that to easily possible! Thank you Karan!!

I am so pleased with the kindness and professionalism of customer service. I was able to share my screen on google meet and fix something in 10 seconds that would have taken me an hour to solve. I will definitely continue using appointo as a result of this customer service.

Il servizio clienti è ottimo, ho prenotato una call perché non riuscivo a visualizzare il calendario nel mio prodotto e mi hanno guidato passp per passo, a un certo punto c'era una difficoltà perché avevo fatto varie prove con vari temi e hanno risolto brillantemente il problema e hanno persino sistemato i testi che apparivano a mio piacimento. è stato come avere il mio tecnico personale, gentile e accurato e soprattutto paziente verso le mie difficoltà a trovare i pulsanti su cui cliccare... sicuramente farò l'abbonamento appena il sito sarà pronto. Grazie ancora di cuore!

Very easy to use, support team help set up a meeting with myself and guided us through all the small issues I didn't understand too well. Worth using!
