We were looking for an app to make workshop appointments bookable for our bike workshop. The app meets our requirements exactly, is modern and performant. The service is excellent. Honestly I love everything. They were so quick to jump on calls and assist. Every issue or concern I had it was resolved within minutes or before end of business day. I love the customizations . I hope we can have a lasting relationship and that this customer service stays top tier. Each member of this team has been so helpful and please understand that this review is not just me saying anything this is coming from someone who has tried some major booking brands and paid hundreds of dollars a month and still never received this type of care nor expertise. Thanks to Priyanshu he stayed helping me for an extensive amount of time where he gave me a better understanding of how to use their platform and how to set up my booking site. We've been setting up our store, and Appointo turned out to be a real lifesaver. Right after we installed it, we hit a small snag with the calendar setup. But luckily Appointo's support team was lightning-fast in fixing it. They're awesome! So far, the app itself is easy-to-use and user friendly. I've just started using this app. It is easy to set-up and when I had questions, the support staff was very helpful! I like that you can set specific dates and times and block specific dates when you'll be away! And, there are options to sent clients / customers specific information about their appointment and an email reminder. I highly recommend this app!
