I recently had the pleasure of using this Appointo, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer support provided by Karan. He went above and beyond to address my inquiries and provide solutions promptly. His expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction made the whole experience worthwhile. Appointo is an excellent app for appointment booking. It has a lot of customisability. It took me a long time to understand how to work it and make the most of it, but now that I am used to it I keep finding new features. It does have a few paywalls for things like group booking and widgets, but if you can pay for the premium tier, most of your needs will be met. I have to say though, the biggest pro about the app is the team behind it, because they are so quick to respond and help with technical issues. They even add features upon request. They have done this for me multiple times, often same day. I definitely recommend it!

Appointo customer service was amazing. They helped me every step of the way to make sure it was a task to set up. On top of that they even made the Bookings button fits my website thank you guys

I have just installed the app, and had a little 'user error' on my end. I used the chat option in the app, and am super impressed with the quality of customer service! We hopped on a call and he walked me through the steps to find and fix my challenge...literally less than 3 minutes, and I was up and running! Can't wait to put this booking app to use with my large group of customers at a trade show event tomorrow! Big THUMBS UP to the team on this!

There are a few appointment app options for Shopify stores, which makes it tricky to choose one. What makes Appointo the choice for me is the OUTSTANDING customer service. Priyanshu and his other team members were able to meet a lot of specific needs and adjustments for the app to work well with my online store. The app has some room for improvement in terms of design customization, but hopefully, that will come in a future update.

Great app for scheduling your website booking and has excellent, friendly and swift customer support responses. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs bookings function for their website.

I really like this app and the option to add a page called Book Appointment. This is very easy and intuitive to set up. When I have used the chat support feature, I have received immediate assistance from a real person with great advice. Definitely recommend!
