I love using the app for my booking site! The support is very very helpful and hands on! I'm always able to get the help I need quick and the results are amazing. The app is very easy to use and with the quick support team I get my issues resolved quick. I use the chat and sometimes I use the video chat for more detailed assistance. We implemented this to save us admin time in our consultations and it has been great so far. The support is very quick and very helpful. No question is too much. For our business, there are certain limitations however I think they are continuing to improve the product and make it even better. The subscription option recently implemented was exactly what we required, as it now allows our customers to self-serve and book their own appointments without requiring manual follow up!
