The app was very easy to install and navigate through, and if I ran into any issues the support team was quick to solve them or answer any questions that I have. Appointo is by far the best calendar-based booking app on Shopify with an even better support team.

Support is top notch. App can be a bit tricky sometimes but even if so there is always a workaround and if it works the App is just such a good add-on for our Online Store

The app is practically essential to our workshop-based business, and the support team is always very responsive and helpful. Any issues tend to be resolved fairly quickly.

A very good plugin if you want to have hole day bookings as I work with. And the support is magic! All small reguests I have had has been fixed within 24-hours.

Fantastic app. Love that it supports multi-day booking. Sought after some help from the developers, and they responded within minutes, fixing the issue I was having on the spot. Highly recommend both the app, the the developers!

Ich habe Appointo auf meiner Website eingebunden, damit unsere SUP-Kurse gebucht werden können. Ich finde die Integration wirklich sehr gut, die Einrichtung ist einfach, nahezu selbst erklärend und wenn man mal nicht weiter kommt, hilft einem der Support unglaublich schnell und kompetent.

I struggled initially with the setup, but after reaching out, they got in touch with me online and we were able to screenshare. Not only did they show me how the program works, but how to use it for my specific needs. This is definitely an excellent app for our Team of 4+ and we look forward to growing our team using this app. Each team member is able to set their own hours, fees, and locations. Not only does this make it easier for me as the owner of the company, it makes it easier for the team members who are running their own schedules. Highly Recommend!

This scheduling app is great - you can schedule multiple services at the same time - the customization is fabulous. And their support team is super responsive. High recommend!

Great features, only minor issues and just awesome support. Speaking of the support, they are awesome. They fix issues fast, are responsive to feature request and helpful when in a pinch. You can create mail & text-journeys for your customers in the app and even rather complex product setups. All in all: Great!

It is an amazing app. There are so many features as compared to other apps in the market. I highly recommend it. Also, the support team is awesome. Any issues, feature requests are handled as soon as possible. Love it!
