I am new to this app. But I do like their features so far and the Live Chat is responsive to my questions regarding the app and their charges. I will try the app for a while and see how it goes before I give another review again.

OMG! I think that I have found the one! I have been through a few different booking apps and haven't been satisfied. I came across this app on another site and clicked the link and I am glad I did! I has the features that I have been looking for and more. When I had issues at 1am EST someone was there to help me on the chat. Then when I had another issue Tarang promptly jumped on a video call to help all me through the problem. I am still setting up the system but so far so good!

update: the customer service months later to my review below has been excellent! I just set the Appointo app up and got my products up in less than 2 days, and that includes testing bookings and testing email responses because I want everything to be perfect before promoting bookings in my shop. I spent the whole week before setting up another calendar app that didn't work out, so I was a little worried to waste more time. I'm happy to say that Appointo is easy to use and understand and should be a breeze now that I have the hang of it. Their customer service was stellar too. I'm happy to be able to start promoting my new calendar bookings now! I definitely recommend this app.

I was very not sure how to set up! but after having support meeting, all my requirements were solved. This is the best booking app that i have ever tried and can't believe the price that they offer with this much service. Definitely recommend !

Appointo is a very user friendly app. The customer service is prompt and they are very forthcoming in giving a detailed run down of how to use the app and fix issues. I was helped by Subhankar for resetting my app, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Extremely patient with explanations and steps. Thank you Subhankar for your help.

This has been the best service by far I have ever received with regards to anything on shopify or its available apps. I had a video call with an appointo team member sharing my screen for around 2 hours. This answered all of my questions and completely changed the way I could use my system and add apointment booking for my existing shopify site. I cannot recommend this app enough!!!!

I love this APP. It does everything I need it to do and more. The best part of this app is the support. Its hands down the best support I have ever experienced!!! Anytime I need something, I just ask them on the chat and they answer within minutes. It shocks me how quick they are sometimes. If you need a booking system, you wont be let down with appointo.

普段は商品を販売していますが、イベント開催に伴い予約アプリを探していました。 設定でいくつかつまずきましたが、チャットで問い合わせると、すぐに解決してくれてとても助かりました。（英語です） 他のアプリと比べてUIも素晴らしく使い続けたいと思います。
