After an odyssey of working with different rather frustrating apps we tried and went with SidePanda. They were the only guys to provide us with a solution for our problem and developed a custom feature for our store. Very responsive and reliable team - hands down the best customer support I've experienced so far. I also consider the App much more intuitiv than any of the other's we've tried. As a developer myself I have to applaud them for their professional work as far as from the technical side, the UI of the app, as well as customer care.

This is a great App! We used them for our appointments and it is very easy to navigate and functional. Their customer services is excellent.

I struggled a little with getting the settings right with my calendar, so when contacted support they were very quick to get back to me (within the hour) and we'd jumped on a call to get sorted out. Issue resolved by a tick button! Thank you for helping me out today. Can recommend

Customer service is great! My website is in it's infancy but from what I've seen so far, Appointo is an amazing booking service and any hiccups new users might have are helped by instant chat help. I upgraded my plan before i needed to just to make sure I was paying for all the help they gave me :)

So far, this app is exactly what I am looking for. Shoppers can view appointment times before they buy and then confirm them via purchase. Auto send emails are thorough. Appointment dashboard is v useful - including the ability to input appointments by searching product/customer. Looking forward to using it more!

We were looking for a system where customers could purchase Afternoon Teas and reserve times to enjoy them in our cafe. We also needed them to offer times to come and pick them up too. It needed to work with a number of variants. After a google meet, we got set up in about 10/15 minutes and now we're good to go. Works like a treat. Great app, great service...now let's hope the customers use it! :)

This app has been great to book classes and for customers to use our space. Support is top notch with a very quick reply to emails and a quick online chat and my issue was sorted.

We are delighted with this App it suits our business needs very well and is easy to set up and manage as a product on our Shopify website. We have a simple need for individual shoe fitting appointments (not group) of different lengths depending on the number of children to be fitted and this App does it brilliantly and does not have lots of unnecessary features. We only want one appointment at a time but we could change that if we wanted to have more than one fitter bookable. We can change the hours available on different days to match seasonal changes in our shop opening times. The App shows us an easy to read list of upcoming bookings, moves them to the "past" as they expire and now has a quick and easy way for us to make appoitments without creating an account for customers who don't want to go online themselves. We can change and cancel appointments, it's just a shame that the feature for customers to re-schedule and cancel their own appointments is only on a paid subscription. We can't afford to keep paying out for Apps every month - it soon adds up! But we may dip in and out of the paid plan during our busy months because this feature is the icing on the cake for us. The developers seem to listen to users' comments and introduce features that are requested and have replied to my questions using the help chat very quickly. I'd recommend this booking App for anyone that has similar needs to us.
