Setup was super fast! literally a matter of minutes. The booking widget looks clean and integrates natively into my store pages, preserving the look and feel of the site.

I’m really happy with the support I received! They made all the changes I requested and even reverted the published site when needed. Their communication was clear, and they encouraged me to reach out anytime if I face any difficulties with the app. It’s great to know they’re always ready to help. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service. As soon as I installed the app, I got offered to make an appointment with Appointo! The meeting started on time without problem and Bhagya was an absolute champion. She did the impossible and helped me complete the part of the installation that I simply could not figure out (because I am not very good at stuff like this at all!), and she did with ease and no hassle. Thank you Bhagya for your effortless help and to Appointo for a great product!

Bhagya was absolutely wonderful help for setting up our Appointo and customizing it for our small business. We highly recommend working with these lovely folks! She spent 40 minutes patiently leading us through all the features and details that we had missed. She even offered preferred pricing for our team members to be added. Really really appreciate the time and care that Bhagya offered, perhaps the best customer service representative we have ever had the pleasure of encountering. 5 stars!

Widget would not highlight for me to turn on so the calendar widget never displayed the customer support pop up reached out saying it was a person but I never received a response back about the widget issue. Although it seems easy the widget button would never highlight for me to turn it on in my store and support never responded back.

Yes, you need this App!!! I had the pleasure of working with Madhav! I had an issue with the integration of my appointments after I updated my store's Theme. Madhav patiently showed me how I can restore the integration, which was a simple fix! Not only that, he took it upon himself to change the appointment color to match my store's color! How sweet was that?! I love this app! It's simple to use, so I wanted to see how this problem could be resolved before I started over with another app. Thank you again, Madhav! You were extremely helpful!
