Great support in getting this app set up! When I click on chat it is a real person helping me and I am always asked if I want to jump on a call to talk in person.

great app. LOVE that it's free! my favorite feature is being able to add questions to the booking process. love that i will be able to know what my customers will expect before their appt.

Great and fast customer service, they help you where possible. I had a lot of request for changes with the Embed and Shubhankar helped me a very quick and kindly. Appreciate all the help and this app is 100% recommended.

Very useful - I have no prior experience but the ability to call and message 24/7 is awesome. I have set up what seems like a very complex task in only a couple of days. Very satisfied with the app and very helpful staff

Great support and even though functionality is not always exactly how I would like (it's about 90% there though!) they are open to making changes quickly when needed.
