their customer chat assistance is incredible! no ai, you get a real person that is super quick and knowledgeable. I was able to have multiple questions answered in real time and Karan was so helpful and kind to walk me through and get me going!

This app has a lot of great features. I specifically needed to create a ticketed one-day event with 30 minute increments between tickets, with a certain number of tickets available at each time block. And when I couldn’t figure everything out myself, I had direct answers within minutes that got the system working perfectly. Very impressed.

I've received excellent customer service from several members of their support team. They respond quickly and provide detailed instructions whenever I have a question. I love the customization of Appointo! It allows me to create several different dance classes with descpritions, specific dates, and scheduling cutoffs. Great app for service businesses.
