The customer service team from Appointo is amazing! We were having some difficulty updating our Time Zone and they hopped on a call with us to walk us through how to correct the issue. Their responses are always prompt whenever we have questions. We've tried alot of booking apps and this is our favorite, going on over a year now!

I don't use the admin section very much so I forget the more complicated aspects - support is always fast and very good! Always get the solution I need.

Our site incorporated this app into our theme and so far it has been everything promised. We are using the free version first to get a good test of the app before moving to a proper payment plan. The best part of the experience thus far has been the customer service (via chat). Within normal business hours I have received prompt and accurate support with my questions on how to integrate the app into our shopify theme. Arguably, the most important part of using 3rd party apps is access to support when needed. For that reason I give the app 5 stars!

Managed to set this up then accidentally caused an issue through my shopify products. Got in touch and had a really quick response with detailed support. 5* can't recommend enough!
