We’re running an axe throwing venue in Tenerife and Appointo has been a game-changer for us. Easy to set up, perfectly integrated with Shopify, and incredibly smooth for customers to book their sessions. The app is clean, flexible, and highly customizable — exactly what we needed after facing issues with other tools using Cloudflare (which caused local access problems in Spain). Appointo solved all that in minutes. Also, shout-out to their support team: fast, friendly, and super helpful! Highly recommended for any business that needs serious booking power with zero hassle. I want to give 5 stars for the set-up assistance provided by Bhagya. She was easy to work, answered my queries swiftly and was very proactive on installation - helping me set it up as I replaced another appointment app. Although I've recently installed it, I'm already happy with it as I can have my availability in two places on my website - as I have 60 min appts and 15 min appts and the app handles this scheduling easily at no cost. I'm on the free app at the moment as I'm a start up business. It suits my simple needs and has an adequate level of functionality, but I will probably upgrade when I have the means.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service team, especially Bhagya and Karan. They have been incredibly helpful, patient, and professional throughout the process. Both went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I fully understood everything. My review is 5 star due to amazing fast and helpful customer service and the great features and pricing compared to their competitors. Today I worked with Bhagya and I have also worked with others on their support team over the past week or so. I am new to shopify and appointo and they are very kind and helpful. I will continue to leave my review 5 star if all goes smooth and well once customers start using my services via the appointo app. I do recommend to others!

Thank you Appointo team, I've asked for assistance on my booking calendar twice and your team has been really amazing in helping to resolve the issues which are customisation, even with the free app currently. This time Karan helped me and it was really fast work. Amazing work and definitely 5 stars for your team. Hope to hop on to paid service after approval from my boss in the next few months of use. I recently started using the App Ointo, and I found it to be incredibly helpful. The video call scheduling feature is very convenient and user-friendly. The app's interface is simple and easy to navigate, which I really appreciate. The video call scheduling functionality works smoothly and saves a lot of time. I want to especially thank Karan for helping me with the setup and guiding me through the features. His assistance made the entire process much easier. I found this app to be very reliable, and the features it offers are really useful. If you need to schedule video calls, this app is perfect for you. I would highly recommend this app, as it efficiently and effectively serves its purpose. Now Karan's help is acknowledged as well!
