The App is awesome but what REALLY makes it so great is the customer service. These guys have the world's greatest customer service team. They understand my needs instantly and fix my problems!

The Appstle Bundle App has strong potential, but one key limitation right now is the lack of control over where bundles appear. If you create multiple dynamic bundles, they all show on the same product page, which isn’t ideal and can impact the overall user experience. That said, I’m still giving this 5 stars because the support team really stepped up. They provided a CSS workaround to hide specific bundles and were quick, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping resolve the issue. Importantly, they acknowledged this as a real limitation and confirmed they’re actively working on a proper fix to allow full control over bundle placement without relying on custom code. So while there’s definitely room for improvement on the product side, the level of support and responsiveness makes a big difference.

Customer service is excellent. I needed help creating my first bundle and Drew was extremely helpful. In fact, since i was having some difficulties, he created the bundle, walked me through how to do it, sent images to verify and was available immediately for any additional help.

Appstle has been a great partner in helping us build out our subscription program. Their support team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you get things right. They guided us through everything from email customization and customer experience to retention flows and subscription setup. What stood out most was how patient and hands-on they were throughout the process. A special thank you to Alden, who was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Shawn was EXCEPTIONAL. So patient and helpful. He gave me screen shots and helped me step by step resolve my issues. He was online with me for several hours on and off helping and patiently waiting as I checked my website made changes and he even jumped in and made some corrections for me. Excellent service.

Great as always! Customer support is always helpful, and goes out of there way to help either with design or simple fixes. Very knowledgable in finding solutions, as well as being able to explain why something isn't working. Ryan and the team are great!

The Appstle engineers have been incredibly helpful. They offered a free fix rather than pushing for additional paid subscriptions, which is a rare and much-appreciated level of service in this day and age.
