This App down for a whole day in the last month, no review appears. No help with SEO, don't show review star rating on the search result. Not able to export reviews. We hope you can add Rich Snippets of star rating and export review in the future update.
Sorry for inconvenience we caused the issue was caused by our host due changes in php server since we moved to bigger server to server more customers and make the app loading faster. the app was down for 1-2 hours and we fixed it .This downtime was unavoidable but we will make sure not to have one anymore.

Seaplc.com I find it quite good however it doesn't catch duplicate reviews so its best you have a look in your admin to ensure accuracy and all in all for the price a ok

Hello, just make sure not to import from same url again if you want new reviews you can enable import reviews based on date filter like import reviews from 5 days ago till now only this way will prevent duplication

beautiful app + Great customer service. However, some issues with their premium features (amazon reviews): 1) Doesnt import videos if the Amazon product review has a video. Video is by far the best way to convince customers to buy so for this app to import everything EXCEPT the videos is odd. Especially since this is a premium feature. It's like ordering a steak dinner and getting the mash potatoes and veggies without the Steak. The video review is the steak. 2) App isnt compatible with parent child listings. App merges ALL the reviews of a parent child listing regardless of which product the actual review is for into 1 product. The only way to fix this (that I see), is to go through every single review and delete the mismatches manually (time consuming). 3) Amazon Review Titles are not importing. I'm pretty sure they are supposed to (because there are options to modify titles). Not sure what's going on there. Maybe a bug? ------------------------------------------ Overall its a really nice app with lots of great features. You can tell a lot of time and effort went into it's development. It feels solid and looks beautiful. However, It's a bit of a hard sell for the premium features because they leave out the best stuff (video reviews are the best reviews) and is buggy (parent child merging reviews). To me, premium means it shouldn't be buggy and should include videos reviews too. Overall, Im going to keep using this app for a while and give it 5 stars in "good faith" that some improvements will be made. Lots of things these guys do right and outstanding customer service (very responsive). It's a beautiful nice app. thank you!
Hello, thank you for your feedback. And allow me to clear some misunderstanding 2- regarding to point 2 the product in amazon has 2 variants therefor the reviews are mixed between these 2 variants and you have separate products for each variant , so there's no way to get you reviews for one variant the app can't know that your product related to first or second variant Normally the product has 2 variants so all reviews will match what in your store but your case is different since you separated the variants into separate products pages. check this image https://ibb.co/6DnVjNq ( Also you made a request to remove the reviews section from products pages and you want only testimonial widget which it will show all reviews for all products you have) I hope it's clear now -------- Regarding to other question. 1- Widgets settings are different from app settings because maybe you want to set specific settings for that widget to give you more flexibility, also we have many widgets if we added all settings in one page it will be very huge and complicated. 2- You can sort the reviews by 1- images 2- by date (latest) 3- by stars 3- for read more you have some js code that prevent it from working we can fix it for your theme if you told us about it. (Anyway I fixed it and it's working now.) Thank you. Areviews App.

In my opinion it is a very practical app, the most important thing is that the price is very reasonable. You only need to spend less money each month to get very good results. The service is also very caring and responds to my news in a timely manner.

This app is fantastic, and additionally the service is phenomenal. Super quick responding to queries and helping. I highly advise this app for anyone with amazon products and want to import reviews as you can quickly paste your asin link and away you go. Simplistic with all the features needed.

I used this app to import reviews since I do not yet have sales on my site. All my products are highly rated because I only import the best products but it's difficult for customers to know that without shown reviews. I love how this app lets me import reviews of the products I carry from sites other than Aliexpress. It would be nice if the stars shown for each product could reflect each point along a rating so that 4.8 looks different than 4.5 but that is a small issue. I LOVE this app and the support I've received from the team is remarkable. Quick responses and solutions to every question I had. Highly recommended!

I have started with the free plan but I will upgrade propably. The support is quick and helpful and I like the app and how it works.
