This app has been extremely helpful and makes reviews very easy to manage, the customer service is very fast, friendly and helpful. Tried other apps like judge me and yotbo but uninstalled shortly after. I recommend it! Update: Whenever I face any issues, the customer service are always there to help me fix it within hours of my email and they keep adding new features that makes it even more seamless. I highly recommend it!

I've been using the Areviews platform to manage my business reviews, but have run into some significant issues with the bulk import functionality that have not been adequately addressed. Bulk Import Functionality Not Working The core problem I've experienced is that I'm unable to successfully import reviews in bulk via the provided URL feature. This is a critical functionality for my needs, as I have a large volume of reviews to manage. However, the import consistently fails, with no clear explanation or troubleshooting steps provided. Unresponsive Support I've reached out to the Areviews support team multiple times to get assistance with the import issues, but the responses have been unsatisfactory. Rather than providing a solution, the support team has simply stated that the problem will be addressed in a future product update, without giving any timeline for when that might occur.

This app does exactly what it is supposed to do. When starting out it was great to have a free option and I love that the paid version adds so much for very little cost. I would recommend this app to anyone.

Great Reviews that are seamlessly integrated with your products/product pages to instill sense of trust between your Website and your Customers! Easy Instructiions to use these for my Shopify store, after I have linked my product(s) via both Shopify or AliExpress, then match the product to same exact product selling successfully in Amazon/Ebay etc stores, chose number of reviews, then send over to your store. Makes things so much easier for store ownersl!! Thank you for this great APP

Excelent platform that helps me manage my reviews so my customers can see the products in their entirety and what others think of the product. I Will keep using this service with their premium subscription plan. Very worth it. Easy to use and integrate with my shopify store.

I love this app. The interface works perfectly for me and I find it easy to use. You can get Amazon reviews and loads of other websites which is better than loads of other more expensive apps. I wish it had the same features as some other apps where you can get trust badge widgets and reviews widgets with images and star ratings, etc My favourite app I've used so far, honestly
