Great Customer Support, i needed help with design that required custom code because the reveiws intertwined with a different app. I was given great help and good communication throughout the fixing of the issue and as of this moment nothing to complain about really. The only thing i could think of for feedback is quicker communication times (we communicated through emails forward and back). I'm cool with it because my timezone is quite different, just incase you're looking to improve on something.

La piccola parte è sorprendentemente ben realizzata e sembra molto preziosa e stabile. La funzione di rotazione non solo conferisce alla lampada un aspetto davvero carino da gufo, ma è molto soddisfacente al tatto e funzionale, e ovviamente anche utile! I magneti nella base sono già familiari dal modello della sorellina, un vantaggio per avere entrambe le mani libere, la clip sul retro è in metallo e robusta e manterrà saldamente la lampada su borse o spallacci dello zaino. La luminosità e le funzioni sono completamente sufficienti per il 99% degli utenti, la luce rossa protegge la visione notturna. I 700 lumen sono piuttosto impressionanti; per un orientamento approssimativo, il livello di luce più basso di 1 lumen è in realtà sufficiente, la luminosità può essere facilmente modificata tenendo premuto il pulsante;

Lo usamos recurrentemente, el soporte es excelente, siempre atentos a las consultas y a las ediciones de widget que uno necesita hacer. Hubo widgets o ventanas que necesitaba y que no aparecen en la app,pero al consultarlo a soporte ellos me la crearon a mi gusto. Excelente todo.

I really loved this app. Even using the free plan is already good, because we can choose the feedback and also delete some photos if we don't like them. I loved that is really easy to use, and the premium plan is not that expensive and comes with a lot more things that we can use. I highly recommend it.
