I was experiencing an issue with my subscription. I reached out on the chat line and within 2 minutes I had support person ( Alice ) online to help me with my issue. Within 8-10 minutes or so my issue was resolved. Support went above and beyond to help with my issue which was resolved . A very happy customer, thank you so much

Finally, all the reports I need! Plus the ability to get email alerts on things like low inventory and other points to watch out for. Their customer service team is also very responsive and they quickly develop features if you need something they don't already offer.

I am in process of consolidating multiple locations and was looking how to manipulate some inventory, I got a "request chat" bubble. At midnight eastern time I was expecting a "chat people are not online" message. But a help person called Emily came online quickly, figured out what I was trying to do from my rather incoherent description, and enabled some things so I could do the report, the whole time Emily made me calm down as she was so systematic and calm. I really appreciate the service from #1 Inventory and Sales Reports, I am impressed

The best analytical app out there. Easy to use and super reports. Great support too. Very happy to recommend. Also there is amazing support too if needed.
